About the clinic
Welcome to La Mar Wellness, a sanctuary created to support healing, restoration, and a gentle return to self.
We offer registered massage therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, naturopathy, acupuncture and head, neck, and TMJ focused treatments. On weekends, we also provide Stretch & Recovery or Thai yoga massage and energy healing to support deep relaxation and renewal.
