My approach to bodywork blends intentional touch, assisted stretching, and mindful movement to support both physical ease and nervous system regulation. Sessions are designed to help you feel lighter, more open, and more at home in your body—without force, strain, or overwhelm. Thai Yoga Massage is a rhythmic, floor-based practice that gently guides the body through supported stretches and compressions. Clients often notice improved flexibility, relief from muscular tension, and a profound sense of grounding after a session. It’s especially supportive for those who feel stiff from desk work, repetitive movement, stress, or feeling “stuck” in their bodies. I trained extensively in Thailand, beginning at Bahn Thai School and continuing through years of hands-on learning at Bahn Thai Spa. I later completed both the Therapeutic and Teacher Training programs at Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai, one of the most respected lineages of Thai massage education. In addition to Thai massage, I am a certified yoga and Pilates instructor with advanced training in functional movement, therapeutic Pilates, and trigger point work. This allows me to adapt each session to your body’s unique needs, offering a thoughtful and informed approach to movement, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
