About Clinicly

Finding care should be easy. Especially when it isn’t easy for you.

Clinicly shows you every clinic near you with an opening today — real times, real listed prices, one search. And if you’re booking through an ICBC claim, looking for someone who works well with your child’s or your own needs, or need a treatment room your wheelchair can actually get into — the right practitioner is out there, and helping you find them is the reason Clinicly exists.

Who we had in mind

The hardest searches came first.

Most booking tools are built for the simplest patient and bolt the rest on later. We built the other way around — if the search works for these people, it works for everyone.

A claim, not a card
You’re booking through ICBC or WorkSafeBC

After a crash or a workplace injury, the last thing you need is calling around asking “do you bill ICBC directly?” Lots of clinics that mention an insurer only mention it to say they don’t.

On Clinicly
Filter to practitioners who state they bill your funder directly — with any user fee shown before you book.
The right fit matters
You’re booking for a child or adult with a disability

A great practitioner isn’t automatically a great fit for every patient. Families end up vetting by phone, one clinic at a time, and starting over when nothing fits.

On Clinicly
See practitioners who say they work with children, adults and specific needs — in their own words, per practitioner.
Access is the appointment
You need the room, not just the practitioner

Step-free entrance, an accessible washroom, parking at the door, a scent-free room, an interpreter — details clinics rarely put on the booking page, so you call to ask.

On Clinicly
Accessibility details from the clinic’s own site and Google’s data — including when we couldn’t find out.
Covered, but complicated
Your coverage isn’t a private plan

MSP premium assistance, FNHA, NIHB, Veterans Affairs — real coverage that plenty of front desks can’t answer questions about. You shouldn’t have to be the expert on your own funding.

On Clinicly
Per-funder pages that say who bills it directly in your city — and how each programme actually works.
Said by the clinic, not guessed by us

When a listing says a practitioner works with kids, it’s because they said so.

We never infer that someone can accommodate a disability — that’s a promise about your care, and it isn’t ours to make. We read what practitioners and clinics publish about themselves, show each claim at the level it was made, and say plainly when we couldn’t find out. Unknown stays unknown.

Each one comes from the clinic’s own site, Google’s accessibility data, or a statement the clinic made in its portal — and the listing tells you which.
