Her approach reflects our philosophy of intentional care, combining therapeutic massage with a holistic understanding of the body’s interconnected systems. As a trained Somanaut, Fabiola has completed immersive anatomical studies under the guidance of renowned anatomist Gil Hedley at the Institute for Anatomical Research in Colorado Springs, including over 100 hours of hands-on human dissection. This experience has deepened her understanding of fascia, connective tissue, and the intricate relationships within the body, allowing her to bring greater awareness and precision to each treatment. Fabiola is also trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, offering gentle, specialized techniques that support lymphatic flow, recovery, and overall well-being. Her sessions may incorporate therapeutic massage, lymphatic techniques, Reiki, and her background in yoga and nutrition to create a personalized experience centered around restoration and balance. Outside of La Mar, Fabiola has practiced and taught yoga for over 9 years and continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing education in movement, anatomy, and wellness.
