“I made my first RMT appoinment on Friday and took 1/2 a day off work to go. Before going I filled out many pages of paper work with my personal information which seemed very over inquisitive and intrusive. I arrive 5 min early for RMT and give my name and service I'm booked for to receptionist. She informes me that no one with my name has anykind of appointment there. I sincerely appologize and leave looking for the closest RMT because maybe I made a mistake. I travel to Maddison center to Strive Health and Fitness where they inform me I do not have an appointment with them. I head home disappointed thinking I'm going senile. I arrive home and notice a missed call from Total Therapy. I return the call and the same reseptionist askes if I'm coming for my RMT appointment. I explain to her my name and I was just there and she turned me away. She said she just started shift and couldn't be her. I explained what I looked like and that I remember her voice. She then says she remembers me. I asked her to erase my info and I ended the call. I could have just forgiven the mistake, however, she stone cold lied to me over the phone and I felt deceived I waited two weeks to write this because I wanted to make sure It was justified in my mind. “I went to see Sean for acupuncture at total therapy Brentwood because of a painful tear in my arm as well as issues with discs in my neck that were causing sharp nerve pain. From the very beginning, I was impressed by his deep understanding of how the body functions and by his exceptional multidisciplinary approach. Sean goes far beyond traditional acupuncture.
