I have a diverse educational and training background, including a diploma in Registered Massage Therapy from Vancouver, a Master’s degree in Physical Education, and certification as a Chinese Massage Practitioner in China. I speak both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Many years of training and involvement in sports have given me wisdom and insight that can only come with experience. Over time, I gradually realized that massage—an ancient manual therapy—is an incredibly effective tool for maintaining and improving people’s health. Additionally, my formal education has helped me better understand why massage plays a crucial role in injury recovery.
In my practice, I strive to integrate the essence of Western massage techniques with the wisdom of Chinese massage, such as the principle of whole-body balance, to help my clients achieve better outcomes. I specialize in Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilizations, passive and active muscle stretching, hydrotherapy, and deep tissue therapy.
In my spare time, I enjoy all kinds of sports, hiking, traveling, listening to music, and spending time with my family.
