“I have always had a great experience with massages at this location over the past few years. The staff have been professional, and that's why I keep coming back. Recently, I had to cancel my appointment only 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I was really looking forward to it, but my newborn had just received vaccines and developed a fever, so I had no choice but to stay home. Having worked in the service industry myself, I understood that my RMT would likely be disappointed by the last-minute cancellation, and I felt terrible about it. Fortunately, I was able to rebook my appointment four days later. Before my treatment, I was told that, as a semi-regular client, they wouldn't charge me the cancellation fee. Even so, I offered to pay something because I understood the inconvenience. I was surprised, however, when I was charged 50% instead of the 15% cancellation fee. While I still appreciate the quality of the massages and the care I've received over the years, I was disappointed with how the cancellation policy was handled in this situation given as somewhat regular client and life happened.”

“I had a massage here yesterday with Aleksandra and it was absolutely phenomenal. Aleksandra Was extremely professional and polite, and very down to earth to talk to. She really worked out all of the knots I had in my back, since I’m a delivery driver during the day, I’m sure there was plenty for her to get out. The rooms are decorated so elegantly and they are extremely relaxing to be in. Aleksandra‘s attention to small details that you don’t even consider is absolutely top tier as well. She asked about things that I hadn’t even considered from the very beginning of the appointment. I highly recommend Aleksandra, and this whole establishment. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back for another massage.”

“Cheryl was amazing. Got my full body massage here recently. Smoothing music was cherry on cake. Just one suggestion, At other places I used to get hot towels, but here I didn’t get. May be she forgot or they don’t have it here.”
