“Very unprofessional behaviour. I booked an appointment in person for my husband with kim for october.29 around 10.30 am. I gave them my number and my husband number but we didnt get any confirmation. It was not a young lady at the front. I came that day for my appointment with Amber that went really well. But when I am calling same day just to confirm the timing the lady told me there is no appointment booked for him. Omg.. how could you do the reception if you don’t book the people at the same time when you are telling the person on face yes your appt is booked. When i am calling i am getting the answer i dont know what happend why you dony have an appointment. I myself work in health proffession and I know the importance of timing, but here I dont feel the same. Sorry. Amber you were so good in treating my concern, but I wont be able to come back due to this issue where my appointments are not getting booked. Thank you.”Read moreShow less

“Don’t book with Kim K if you are needing real and instant relief, —Robin at the desk isn’t very professional/humane either I’ve had to use her because everyone else was booked for the year, and she didn’t even get to my neck and shoulders was doing all types of unnecessary things and then she says sorry we don’t have enough time to work on your neck/shoulders. That is the main reason I come to these appointments. Now I could have said something but I was letting her do her thing, people like amber they know what their doing and I thought she was someone like that but she really didn’t know what she was doing nor could she manage her time I went to my car after and actually cried because I was waiting so long for an appointment for the relief due to my job and medical issues these massages are extremely important for my day to day health It’s just so unfortunate and when I called to cancel my appointment with her I got no answer. Robin the desk lady calls me back finally (30 mins the day of before my appointment) and says she seen all my missed calls and I explained my situation and that I wasn’t comfortable with Kim. She didn’t give room in that phone call for anything more but her to rudely say I missed 4 appointments (two of them were for my spouse so shouldn’t be on me and the others were real medical emergencies) so therefore I will be getting another no show fee and she was so rude and bothered by me not coming even though I called 48hr before they just didn’t answer their phone, but that’s no reason to be rude to me and not let me complain about one of their employees I had seen. I can accept the fee for sure. Thats fair. But the rudeness and not allowing me to speak or mention Kim’s unprofessionalism is mind boggling. I didn’t even get a chance to speak.. Now I would return because of people like Amber and others I cannot recall their names at this moment but just because of this I will not be. 5 years later. ✌️”Read moreShow less

“MASSAGE/APRIL - I had a massage with April today. She is wonderful and did an excellent job. I felt like she did listen to the areas that were painful during the assessment and worked well on them during the treatment. She also often checked in with whether I needed more or less pressure or was in pain or comfortable. I really appreciated that she was open to feedback and her attention to detail and care about the quality of the massage was much appreciated. Thank you April! OSTEOPATHY/MICHELLE - I have been to Michelle a few times and also have to say that her treatments, her advice and her communication is excellent. It has really helped me with back pain. “Went to this location for the first time yesterday the first person I met was the lovely front desk lady( I forgot to get her name). From the min I walked into the clinic I was greeted and because I was early I ended up paying and rescheduling my future appointments which led to some great laughs. I’m a regular client at the Paris location but booked in this time at the Cambridge location and had a great experience.
