“Today, I would like to share my recent experience. I had a massage appointment with Leah Lai, and unfortunately, it was not satisfactory. She arrived 10 minutes late but still ended the session at the original scheduled time. During the massage, it appeared that she was not familiar with the pressure points or proper techniques. The session felt more like a basic touch rather than a professional therapeutic massage. Additionally, she was touching both my body and my hair without changing or cleaning her hands, even though the massage cream is meant for the body and not for the head. Overall, the service did not meet professional standards, and I wanted to bring this to your attention.”
