“Very unprofessional behaviour. I booked an appointment in person for my husband with kim for october.29 around 10.30 am. I gave them my number and my husband number but we didnt get any confirmation. It was not a young lady at the front. I came that day for my appointment with Amber that went really well. But when I am calling same day just to confirm the timing the lady told me there is no appointment booked for him. Omg.. how could you do the reception if you don’t book the people at the same time when you are telling the person on face yes your appt is booked. When i am calling i am getting the answer i dont know what happend why you dony have an appointment. I myself work in health proffession and I know the importance of timing, but here I dont feel the same. Sorry.
