“Kendra is so amazing. She is very gentle and so supportive. I felt heard and seen and it was such a relief to finally understand the "why's" behind my concussion symptoms and seeing some light at the end of the tunnel with a plan set for me and my body. Her recommendation are amazing and it is such a safe space to speak up about what you want and don't want to do as treatment or supplements/herbs. She truly listen and she is just overall wonderful. “I wanted to write a quick note thanking Kendra at Yanaroot for the wonderful treatment that I received when we passed through Nelson BC this summer. Kendra was patient and knowledgeable in her assessment of my health concerns and was able to thoughtfully bridge the gap between western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine so that a city slicker like myself could understand how they differ and how they speak to each other. The treatment itself was one of the best I have ever received and although I understand that several sessions are typically necessary to address all the underlying issues of personal health, I must admit that I did leave that day feeling substantially better than when I arrived.
