She is deeply invested in her patients and explains her approach every step of the way, so you always feel informed and supported. She goes above and beyond to answer questions thoughtfully, do additional research when needed, and offer sincere guidance and encouragement. Kendra has been a cornerstone of my healing journey through a chronic health issue, and I truly wouldn't be where I am today without her support. I also love that she offers a community acupuncture clinic, making her care more accessible, and that she creates customized herbal formulas right in her practice. If you're looking for a practitioner who is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and genuinely committed to helping you heal, I cannot recommend Kendra highly enough.”

“I wanted to write a quick note thanking Kendra at Yanaroot for the wonderful treatment that I received when we passed through Nelson BC this summer. Kendra was patient and knowledgeable in her assessment of my health concerns and was able to thoughtfully bridge the gap between western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine so that a city slicker like myself could understand how they differ and how they speak to each other. The treatment itself was one of the best I have ever received and although I understand that several sessions are typically necessary to address all the underlying issues of personal health, I must admit that I did leave that day feeling substantially better than when I arrived. I only wish that I lived closer so that I could start a regular health plan with Kendra! I highly recommend her services!”
