“I started going to WIN due to a pinched nerve issue in my cervical region, which was diagnosed at WIN itself and confirmed by MRIs that i got done while i was travelling to India. I have been going for physio and Chiro with Nandini and AJ both and it's brought me a great deal of comfort at each appointment with them . With there being a lot of long distance travel around the same time I had these issues going on and the topsy turviness in my life , they structured my care so well around it to provide me immediate and long term relief . The treatment from both has always been impeccably clear and concerted towards my symptoms at that time . The comprehensiveness with which they approach , asking questions about symptoms in past few days , history basically with the ongoing present symptoms I thinks speaks volumes of the good practitioners that they are . They allow time for you to settle in the appointment and apart from one odd time I would have felt rushed , I think 99% of times I have felt well cared by both . They approached my case as a team , both working in conjunction to alleviate my pain and bring it to almost zero levels. Medical care is one , and other is counseling on lifestyle and just simply talking about other adjustments is other . They have handled both very professionally and amicably to an extent that I've always looked forward to my appointments at WIN for the same reason . All the other staff at WIN is also very friendly and warm, which adds to making the visits easy to handle and navigate through . When and where healthcare workers go an extra mile with you to give you the best care and want to ensure your pain remediation is their highest interest, I think that's when you can positively judge that you are at the right place and more so in right hands . They work in proximity to you and to work with that needs a lot of understanding of patient's temperament , his psyche and I think both Nandini and AJ have a clever eye of judgement to see what treatment suits in one appointment and effectively modulate it in next appointment . “Been with WIN for close to a year after a MVA. They are fantastic! They got me thru one knee surgery and had me doing intense prehab for my knee replacement that I had yesterday. They physical therapist at the hospital was so impressed with the prehab and said it will make a huge difference in the recovery. My providers are Dr Ernie did my brace fitting Dr AJ who helps my back, neck, and migraines, as well as all the documentation/approvals thru the MVA claims. He also helps with migraines/back flares! He uses the neubie, winback, and the laser. Dr Mandeep is my physical therapist. He is tuff on the work outs but for a good to help you get the best results using the neubie and laser. He shows he really cares and his team is awesome!! Dr Laura for somatic therapy and mood regulation which helps the PTSD I have. This clinic is a valuable resource in the city!!”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Ernie and his team at WIN isn’t just focused on getting you out of pain - they’re focused on optimizing how you move, correcting the root cause, and helping you continue to perform at a high level as a gym athlete. His approach is never cookie cutter. He takes the time to assess the full picture - how your body moves, where compensations exist, and what’s actually driving the issue - rather than just treating symptoms. He’s been the only practitioner who has been able to help me figure out my chronic back pain. That level of detail and intention is rare, and it shows in the results both myself and my husband have experienced with him. Truly one of the best in Niagara. Something else that stands out is the consistency across the entire clinic. No matter who I’m working with for my exercise sessions during appointments, the experience is always excellent.
