Mandeep completed his Master of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India. Mandeep received his advanced training in Yoga from Italy. Mandeep has more than a decade of clinical experience of providing physiotherapy services. Mandeep is well equipped with the skill set of manual therapy (Maitland and Mulligan), soft tissue therapy, Graston Technique, positional release technique, muscle energy, myofascial release, acupuncture, dry needling, taping, therapeutic modalities, remedial exercises and yoga to treat his patients. Mandeep uses a holistic approach to work with musculoskeletal and sports injuries and extends his treatment by analyzing biomechanical aspect and functional component of any acute or chronic injury which enhances the recovery and adequate healing. Active rehabilitation involving core group of muscles outshines his rehabilitation protocols by speeding the recovery. Mandeep has an extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation and blend his treatment approaches in a proactive manner to treat the root cause. Mandeep is passionate about educating his patients to let them understand their health concerns and invites a collaborative approach in designing their therapeutic treatment protocols. Mandeep also works with the Motor Vehicle Accident cases in a comprehensive manner by understanding the extent of injury and designing goal-oriented treatment protocols to return to active lifestyle targeting the ergonomic aspect. Mandeep keeps himself involved in the current advanced research to support his clinical practice. He advocates the role of mind in controlling and modulation of pain and dysfunction of movement. In his free time, Mandeep enjoys swimming, cooking and spending time with his family.
