About Alex
Alex Verhoeven graduated from the Canadian College of Health Science and Technology in 2018. She then went on to pursue additional certifications in cupping, athletic taping, and Graston technique.
Alex’s professional experience began in a multidisciplinary clinic, where she worked with clients from many different walks of life and treated a variety of health concerns. Some of which included PTSD, general aches and pains, sports injuries, and motor vehicle accidents.
Alex is deeply passionate about helping people regain control of their bodies and lives through the act of massage and in conjunction with other therapies. With a history in competitive bodybuilding, she sees the importance of how the body works together as a whole. Her former experience allows her to see things in a functional light and bring focus to not only the problem at hand but work to find the root of the issue.
Outside the clinic, Alex pursues a second career and lifelong passion as a pâtissier. She also dedicates much of her time to the gym, as well as enjoying time with friends and family. Whatever your ailment, Alex is committed to providing relief to the best of her ability.
