“I cannot recommend Jessa Osborne and The Psychology Group Kensington highly enough. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels warm, comfortable, and welcoming; it feels like home rather than a clinical or institutional office. It is truly a space where you are encouraged to be yourself without judgment. Jessa is, without question, one of the most thorough, compassionate, and attentive therapists I have ever experienced. She takes the time to genuinely listen and understand, while also knowing exactly when to step in with constructive feedback, guidance, and perspective that actually helps create growth and change. What stands out most is how deeply she cares about her clients. You never feel rushed, dismissed, or like “just another appointment.” Every session feels intentional, supportive, and meaningful.
