Lana is amazing. I always feel so much better after I leave.

My daughter was an above average student academically but has missed a lot of school, to the point were I'm worried she's going to be way too far behind. Stone Silo was suggested to see if cognitive behavioral therapy could help get her back on track. Unfortunately, the result after only one session that I could barely afford as a single mother raising my kids on my own full time nursing income, was a CAS call from the therapist that we trusted to open up to. The therapist - Sarah - reported everything that was discussed in the session. My daughter and I had shared past CAS involvement, of which the files had been closed, and the therapist re-reported those stories to CAS. The therapist also included an incident about me throwing out a box of cereal I had not wanted my kids to consume in my household.... due to the ingredients... This was an extreme breach of trust, our background history was used as a weapon against me, and now our home life has been once again disrupted by CAS involvement, which in turn has made my daughter even more hesitant about opening up to any professionals. We were financially robbed and our vulnerability was attacked... all because I trusted the wrong person to help me get my daughter to improve her attendance and stop falling behind in school. The owner of Stone Silo has reached out and was very helpful regarding this issue, he was grateful I gave feedback about our experience. The organization as a whole is great, they subcontract out, I do not recommend trusting Sarah as a professional if you want to make any real progress with your angsty teen, after our experience with her. We will be looking in to other options of CBT within Stone Silo with their more experienced, conscience and personable professionals.

My first “meet and greet” with Elliott at Stone Silo was very reassuring and positive. He has a very nice, calm, and professional demeanour. He explained the type of therapy I’m looking into in terms that I could understand.

I highly recommend booking a Reiki session with Juliette at Stone Silo. It is one of the most relaxing and restorative experiences. I have had a few appointments and will definitely be booking again. She is such a wonderful person. :)

II’ve been going to Stone Silo Counselling & Wellness since they opened, and most of my family receives counselling there as well. We’ve experienced individual, group, and couples sessions, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more comfortable or welcomed in a counselling environment. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a wonderful receptionist, and the atmosphere is calm, inviting, and inclusive. My most recent experiences have been in the DBT, CBT, and Women’s Group sessions, and I look forward to them every week. Raquel and Emily are incredible facilitators—they connect with everyone in the room, relate in meaningful ways, and bring such a genuine and approachable energy. They also make you laugh, which is such an underrated but important part of feeling safe in therapy. Marissa, one of the owners, is someone who reads you deeply and understands you more than you expect. She supports you while also challenging you when you need it most. I truly admire her and am grateful for the role she has played in my therapy journey. I recently began seeing Raquel individually after getting to know her through group therapy, and I felt an immediate connection. She has a remarkable ability to draw things out of you while making you feel completely comfortable and safe. I highly recommend Stone Silo—there is truly someone there for everyone.

The kind greeting when I walked through the door and the warm reception when I met Raven, I knew this was going to be a pleasant experience. As I have been suffering from pain in my hip and lower back i knew it was time to see someone, I researched and found my way to the stone silo web page. Raven had a amazing reviews so I knew she was the one I needed to see. I felt comfortable, relaxed and she did an absolutely amazing job. I already booked another for next week. Thank you 😊

It's been a very long time since I've had reflexology and Lana made the whole time so thoughtful and comfortable. The facial massage was a delight. I felt refreshed and revitalized. The foot reflexology was amazing. The injuries on my left foot had me concerned as to how sensitive it would be, but Lana was careful and still gave me great treatment

I followed Philip here from his previous place of employment and am glad that I did. Stone Silo is a very welcoming environment with wide, comfortable massage tables making for a great experience. Philip has a tremendous understanding of what is potentially causing certain pains and how to help them. I always leave his table feeling tremendously better than when I walked or often limped in! He is also a great guy and listener. Highly recommend booking in to see Philip at Stone Silo for a massage.

Came here for massage with Raven, and it was a positive experience. Front staff Ann-Marie was welcoming and organized. Raven was timely, and kept a clean person/environment. I brought my 6mo old child, as I don’t have care and had been sore. While I don’t think my child to be particularly challenging, a baby at a massage isn’t ideal. Raven was accommodating, patient, warm, and she met the challenge in good humour. This went a long way for me. Yummy Massage was excellent; my shoulders are no longer hiked up; I have a neck again! Raven is quiet, professional, and was willing to work with me again, child in tow. Thank you, Raven, from both me and my child!
