My work is rooted in a non-directive, child-centred play therapy approach, allowing children the freedom to process their experiences and learn in the way that feels most natural to them. I place great value on the client-therapist relationship—building a strong, trusting connection is essential, as it provides the foundation for meaningful change to take place.
