“I had an appointment with Jamie Lynn for some hips issues I was experiencing and her treatment was incredible. I am a runner + workout 5x times a week and I cannot say enough about the treatment I received. Jamie is a master of her craft”mentions Jamie Lynn Chediac →

“First experience with a new wellness clinician here in Dartmouth and Minn was exceptional. From the onset I could tell she was dedicated to her craft and her clients. The use of heat throughout, long flowing muscle manipulation and the pressure used made for a truly awesome whole body massage. Thanks Minn, and see you soon.”Read moreShow less

“Megan asked me about my issues and where best to focus the massage. The massage was amazing! Great deep tissue massage as was asked for. The aches and pains were gone afterwards and I felt so wonderful! I was there for a one-time appointment, as I am from out of town, but I will definitely ask for Megan again when I go back to Halifax.”Read moreShow less

“Mason (RMT) at Sore Spots is incredibly skilled! I have never had another practitioner who I've felt has had an actual dialogue with my body throughout treatment, or who used such a wide range of techniques together so seamlessly. I felt much better after my appointment, and slept like a baby. Sore Spots itself is a great location - I felt comfortable and cared for the whole time.”Read moreShow less

“I have been to Sore Spots for both massage (Stacey) and chiropractor (Dr. Geoff Hebb). All the staff are polite and helpful! I would recommend both Stacey and Dr. Hebb to anyone looking for treatments. Stacey is very calming and makes her clients feel at ease; she is in tune with your reactions and checks is to make sure you're comfortable and the pressure is ok. She is very knowledgeable about the human body and I always leave feeling better! Dr. Hebb helped me with an injury so I could return to sport. His suggestions as well as treatment sent me well on the way to being back to the things I want to do! He used acupuncture, manual stretching, and gave me guidance on what to do at home. He even checked in with me after we decided I was able to return to sport with some additional exercises and advice!”Read moreShow less

“My teenaged daughter and I both go to Chareen. We adore her! Excellent practitioner and bodyworker! I also see Jamie. Jamie has tremendous experience and her care, approach, and intuitive way of moving through a session is just incredible. I never want to leave. Basically Sore spots is the best! I have seen several practitioners and you can’t go wrong.”Read moreShow less

“Booked a 75-minute massage after a very long flight and was extremely disappointed. The massage was lukewarm and the therapist’s technique felt unskilled. The pressure and strokes were inconsistent and appeared novice-level, raising concerns about proper training. I paid $158 for 75 minutes and felt that both my time and money were wasted. The ambience was also very poor. The lighting in the room was too bright, and there was constant noise from the reception area, people walking in the hallway, and even toilets flushing, which made it difficult to relax. The therapist, Kyle, did not once ask about pressure preference, which is basic professional practice. Overall, I felt unwelcome and the quality of service was well below expectations. I will not be returning. Reply on Jan 25 based on comments from Owner - Thank you for the clarification. My feedback was not about spa ambience but about clinical practice. During my session there was no intake, no pressure check-in, and no opportunity to provide feedback, which are standard elements of therapeutic massage regardless of setting. My concern remains the quality of care relative to the cost.”Read moreShow less
