About Mason
Mason is a Registered Massage Therapist who values movement-based wellness and its ability to support healing, regulation, and reconnection—both physically and mentally. With a background in various sports, Mason developed an early appreciation for how physical activity fosters resilience and overall well-being. This foundation now informs their holistic, mobility-focused approach to massage therapy.
Guided by the belief that movement is medicine, Mason integrates Thai yoga massage, Thai acupressure, rhythmic stretching, joint mobilization, and myofascial techniques. Whether treatments are performed on a floor mat or adapted to the table, they are designed to calm the nervous system, reduce muscular tension, and create a sense of balance and flow. Sessions often include warm compresses and/or hot stone therapy and guided breath work to deepen somatic awareness and promote lasting ease.
As the body shifts into a parasympathetic state, circulation improves, stress patterns begin to unwind, and both the body and mind are invited to soften. With grounded presence and intuitive care, Mason supports clients in reconnecting with themselves—helping them move through life with greater clarity, comfort, and embodied confidence.
Outside the clinic, Mason finds grounding and inspiration through time spent in nature and nurtures mind-body connection through yoga, dance, and circus arts. Embracing movement as both therapeutic and expressive, they invite others to explore healing in intuitive, empowering ways.
