“After experiencing loss, I was unsure where my grief was going, and if I was able to manage it on my own. I was able to connect with Rupinder through a recommendation of another healthcare provider. I'm so grateful that I was connected with her, as she was able to understand many aspects of grief and give me some hope of what life could possibly look like moving forward. I was able to have both virtual and in-person visits as I need it and best fit with my schedule. She was available for support and it wasn't difficult to make the appointment online or with the front desk. Rupinder is a exceptional counselor and human being, it is very rare to see someone who can really relate and provide care the way that she is able. I highly recommend her and wish I could provide her with greater than five stars!”

“I can’t even begin to express the gratitude that I have for finding this clinic and working with my therapist Kevin. I have been doing therapy for my whole life and I began to give up on it a few years ago thinking that it was never going to work or help me. I found this clinic and decided to give it another chance and it has been changing my life. Even after the first 3 sessions I felt like I had done more work and had gotten further with him than I ever have in all my other years of therapy. I have never experienced a counsellor that is so attentive and kind. He has taught me so many different tools that I can now use in my everyday life that are helping me so much.
