About Isabelle
I believe that counselling looks different for everyone. Each person brings their own experiences, strengths, and challenges into the counselling space, which is why I take an integrative and trauma-informed approach that is tailored to each individual’s needs. I draw from evidence-based practices while recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing and growth.
With several years of experience in the social services sector, I have supported individuals navigating a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, identity exploration, relationship issues, and grief. This work has shaped my commitment to creating a counselling space that feels collaborative, meaningful and warm. I feel honoured to walk alongside my clients in whatever challenges they face.
