Welcome to Serene Heart Counselling! We are so glad you found us! At Serene Heart Counselling & Psychotherapy, we recognize that reaching out for support is a meaningful and often courageous step. Whether you are navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or significant life transitions, our team is here to support you with compassion. Our multidisciplinary team offers psychotherapy, social work services, clinical hypnosis, naturopathic support, and psychoanalytic approaches. Who We Support & Our Approach We offer both in-person sessions in Milton and secure virtual therapy across Ontario. Our clinicians support children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relational concerns. Getting Started New Clients: We recommend booking a complimentary 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs and be thoughtfully matched with a clinician who aligns with your goals. Returning Clients: You may book your next session directly through the portal. If your therapist is not currently visible, they may be at capacity. “Some of their doctors like going online and condescendingly share factually incorrect medical information to millions of people. I’m not completely sure how the hell they think that goes along with helping someone to heal and better themselves.”
