Healing begins with connection, and sometimes, that starts with simply being heard. If you’re here, you might be carrying something heavy or looking for a space where you can breathe, reflect, and start to heal. As a therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you on your path to wellness. I offer support with empathy, respect, and genuine care meeting you wherever you are with compassion and curiosity.
Growing up in a diverse community shaped the way I see people and the care they deserve. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through my work in healthcare, community organizations and the local church. Those experiences continue to inform how I show up: with openness, cultural awareness, and a deep belief in your ability to grow. I believe that a strong, trusting relationship is at the heart of therapy. In our work together, we’ll create a space that feels safe and non-judgmental where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely. As you begin to care for yourself and understand your own story more deeply, you may find more space for joy, connection, and clarity in your life.
