Cancellation Policy: Please be mindful of any cancellations that you need to make. We understand life happens, but please be mindful of our practitioners’ time. We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you, and that is very important to us.
As such, we process the full amount for a missed treatment or late cancellation. Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours, you will need to call the clinic at 780.570.8480 or email info@pihealth.ca, as our booking system does not allow cancellations online within this timeframe. Otherwise, you can cancel or reschedule an appointment through your PIH client profile .

“Have really been enjoying my stress and sleep relief Acupuncture journey with the lovely Emma Kenny. Even before the actual treatment start, her intake is incredibly calming, encouraging and mindful. I have made huge progress with my self care since adding in her treatment plan & am excited to continue with the grounding and healing check ins. You're the best Emma! The Clinic is fantastic as well, they have a nice little tea station and an ambiance that makes you immediately feel calmer. Love the bathroom set up. HUGE shout out to the amazing receptionist that kept an eye out on my bike while I was with Emma (unfortunately, bike parking was scarce - no fault of PIH), but what an absolute gem for making sure my commuter was safe. Thank you so much - that was going way up & above for me. Will look into more services with them in the future - they have so many awesome modalities!! “Place is nice and not over crowded. Loved the lactation consultation. Not only is it affordable but I felt I was really helped. I'm autistic and have issues verbally communicate sometimes. I not only felt heard, but also thoroughly helped. It was rhe first time going somewhere that didn't give me anxiety. Would recommend to everyone, especially the neurodiverse. “Just wanted to reach out and say how please I am with my treatments so far. Tyla is extremely talented with osteotherapy. I've noticed a significant difference in both my physical and mental health. She is kind, thorough and professional. She does a phenomenal job! I also see Heather for massage and I have to say, I have had two of the best massages of my life both with her. I go for regular massages and nothing has ever compared to how well Heather does. She just knows what she's doing on a deep level and I am so grateful to have found her. She is so kind, very very thorough and professional. Both these ladies have done wonders for my life mentally and physically and I look forward to each appointment. “I was looking for a physiotherapist who would explain the root cause of my pain and develop a plan to address the issue, not just treat the symptoms. Katy has exceeded my expectations! For the first time, I am following my at home exercise program, because I understand why those exercises were assigned. The online program clearly shows the exercises and is updated every time that the routine is modified. On top of that, my entire appointment is spent one-on-one with Katy. She doesn’t hand me off to an assistant or attach a Tens device and leave. I have had better results in far fewer sessions than the last physio place that I tried.
