“Richard Gregory, with Ottawa Osteopathy and Sports Therapy, came highly recommended from our running team’s coach as someone with the expertise to help with a chronic injury in a high-level athlete. Richard was fantastic. His wholistic assessment was careful and thoughtful, and included an in-depth history and assessment including gait analysis. Rather than simply treating the symptoms, he looked to identify underlying causes and risk factors, which was key to overcoming the injury. His clear instructions on exercises, with well thought-out cues to remind the athlete of what to focus on, were great. His expertise and experience were readily apparent and his communication style was the right blend of professionalism and encouraging friendliness. We would highly recommend him to all athletes who are trying to overcome complex and/or chronic injuries in order to reach their athletic goals.”
