Richard was fantastic. His wholistic assessment was careful and thoughtful, and included an in-depth history and assessment including gait analysis. Rather than simply treating the symptoms, he looked to identify underlying causes and risk factors, which was key to overcoming the injury. His clear instructions on exercises, with well thought-out cues to remind the athlete of what to focus on, were great.
