“I had my first physio appointment today with Kayley. My friends recommended the clinic to me and I can now see why they did! I felt I was in good hands; Kayley was thorough, professional and I felt confident my issue will get resolved. “I’ve had a great experience with Optimize Physiotherapy & Sport Medicine. Jon previously helped fix an issue with my shoulder, so I didn’t hesitate to come back when I started having upper back problems. He’s knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain what’s going on and how to treat it. The treatment plans are practical and easy to follow, and I’ve always felt like I’m in good hands. “I can’t recommend Victoria enough. I have struggled with persistent issues (back, shoulders and neck) for years and had almost given up hope after seeing so many different physiotherapists.
