With two convenient locations just 10 minutes apart, we’re proud to offer a calm, supportive space where your health and wellness come first. Our team of experienced practitioners provides a range of services—all designed to support you in feeling your best. We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers, making your visits as seamless and stress-free as possible. If you are scheduling an appointment and you have test results that you feel would be helpful information for the practitioner you’re seeing, you can forward it to our confidential clinic email account or have it sent to us via fax and we will upload it to your medical chart. His communication was great from the start, and the stretching was absolutely perfect—exactly right for me and incredibly well done. “For my first time visiting the clinic, it was easy to get to, nice atmosphere and very serene feeling. I booked a 90 massage with Denis Denarde and he was excellent. Having been to many spas in Waterdown and Hamilton over the years, Denis really went the extra mile. He incorporated some different techniques that really allowed for a deep massage. He also provided some tips on stretches that I could do at home to help stretch my muscles and relieve some tightness that would make coming back next time feel even better. I left feeling refreshed and have been practicing the stretches at home. My shoulders and jaw have never felt better! Thank you Denis!! I will be back to see you for sure :)”

“Dr Carly Wendler is a horrible naturopath doctor!! She wastes your appointment talking about her personal business and then she’s asking about my personal business when it has nothing to do with my health. She didn’t get my bloodwork and she’s too lazy to check if she received it before my appointment because if she didn’t we could have reschedule my appointment. The whole point of my appointment was to go over bloodwork results. Not just sit there and I pay $105 per 30 minutes to talk about my personal life and hers. I don’t find her helpful at all. And she does this all the time not just once. She said it was my responsibility to call or email her ahead of time to see if my bloodwork was received, instead of her do her job and check and then let me know. She tells me things I already know or I could easily chatgbt or google it myself. The vitamins and blood work she wants me to get done often, is expensive. She’s very opinionated and unprofessional. I wouldn’t waste my time with her if I was you. Even if you have benefits go with someone that actually cares about your overall health, and not just chatting. She’s unorganized too! I wouldn’t recommend her at all to anyone. She always wants the easy way out too. She doesn’t want to put in the work. I did acupuncture with her once and my forehead had pressure for weeks. She must of hit a nerve or something, it was awful! She has no compassion for others. She just moved from this location from across the street too. I saw her at her other location as well. I’m definitely not seeing her anymore! I had enough. She’s useless to be honest.”

“I had been struggling with some knee pain and tried osteopathy for the first time when OM was recommended to me. I saw Dryden and within a couple sessions my knee pain was gone. I have since gone back to Dryden for an ankle injury and for more general maintenance and recovery while training for a race. I plan to continue seeing Dryden for treatment! He is professional and knowledgeable and kind and very helpful!”

“I’m very disappointed with my experience at OM Integrative Healthcare, specifically around scheduling, communication, and front-desk handling. I want to be clear that Denis, the RMT, was excellent — professional, skilled, and provided great care. Unfortunately, the administrative experience completely overshadowed that. I booked my appointment the same morning as the appointment time. Shortly after booking, I realized I needed to push the appointment back and called the clinic to speak directly with someone. During that call, I was told that they could not reschedule the appointment for later that day, but I was left under the clear impression that it was fine to cancel, and that the receptionist would let the RMT know. At no point during that conversation was I informed that a fee would be charged or that my card would be processed. Despite this, a 50% fee was immediately charged. While I understand that this may be outlined in the clinic’s cancellation policy, applying such a charge when: • the appointment was booked the same day, • I proactively called to communicate, • I was told cancellation was acceptable, • and I was not clearly warned of a charge, felt unreasonable and poorly communicated. What was most disappointing was the interaction with the receptionist, which lacked empathy and clarity. Rather than explaining the policy upfront or acknowledging the confusion, the interaction felt dismissive and left me feeling blamed rather than supported. Policies aside, patient care should include clear communication and professionalism at the front desk, especially when patients are acting in good faith. While the RMT himself was wonderful, due to the administrative handling of this situation, I would not return or recommend this clinic.”
