About Corinne

Hi, my name is Corinne. My treatments blend clinical and energetic approaches to help ease the demands of work, caregiving, exercise, and a fast-changing world. For me, holding space for regeneration and rest is as important as increasing function or range of motion, and so I honour relaxation and de-stressing as valid treatment objectives. I recognize the body's self-healing capacities and I loyally support its singular mission: to maintain balance. Outside of massage therapy I have enjoyed a life in yoga, weight training, outdoor leadership, and performing arts. As a registered massage therapist I have enjoyed a diverse full-time practice that began in 2017. My areas of continuing study are jaw, neck, cranial, and face health; skin health and beauty; and the body's fascial and meridian systems. I am an alumni of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy where I received certification in hospital specialization. I am currently in mentorship for sound meditation as I move towards new therapeutic landscapes. I am thankful and thrilled to meet (and treat) the Om community!
