“Nicola is always extremely kind and thoughtful, and yet maintaining her professionalism. Very easy to talk to.”

“I had an appointment with Jim, and I was quite disappointed. He may have useful advice for children, but for adults, the feedback felt very basic and not relevant. It was more like chatting with someone quite removed from current perspectives. I even dont want to go through the whole unprofessional way of talking as you dont expect an expert could do. That was my experience, by the way.”Read moreShow less

“OK Clinical Counselling Services has made such a positive and lasting impact on the local community. Nicole Ripley continues to broaden that impact through the way she supports fellow therapists, helping them grow, lead, and give back within their own communities as well. She is truly a gold standard in the counselling and therapy profession and someone we deeply admire and aspire to.”Read moreShow less

“Excellent services with online booking/scheduling, professional and comfortable in-office setting, and online zoom/teams services - all very professional. I am sure all the counsellors are excellent, but for me Jim Robertson was outstanding and I would highly recommended both.”Read moreShow less

“I've been seeing Maureen for some time now and she well informed. It's great that she has studied addictions and people with acquired head injuries to understand of what a person goes through with these disorders. Thank you for who you are.”

“I’m rating OK Clinic one star because I had a deeply unpleasant and unprofessional experience with a staff member who introduced herself as “Lorrein” (or a similar name). I had an appointment booked, which I rearranged my schedule to accommodate. Out of nowhere, this person called me and said that unless I provided a credit card on file immediately, she would cancel my appointment. I politely explained that I was in the middle of something important and would update the information myself within 10 minutes. Rather than showing any understanding or basic professionalism, she went ahead and cancelled the appointment right after hanging up. This is unacceptable behavior from any clinic that claims to value patients' time or trust. I’ve never seen an appointment canceled so abruptly over something that could have been resolved in minutes. The complete lack of courtesy, patience, or even a hint of customer service awareness was shocking. If this is how front-desk staff are trained to deal with clients through threats and dismissive actions, then there’s a serious issue with management oversight and staff training. I hope this review reaches someone in charge, because what happened reflects poorly not only on that individual but on the clinic as a whole. A simple reminder call about payment policy could have been handled respectfully. Instead, I was treated as if my time and effort meant nothing. People don’t book appointments for fun, we plan around them, and being treated this way is both disrespectful and professionally irresponsible. To whoever manages OK Clinic: please address this behavior. Front-line staff should be trained to communicate policies clearly and respectfully, not to alienate clients with heavy-handed and dismissive tactics.”Read moreShow less

“I Finally worked up the courage to talk to a counselor and was completely disappointed and left feeling worse after our conversation. I was supposed to have a FaceTime session but was told her camera wouldnt work that day, I dont really believe that. I turned my camera off too and just had a voice conversation. She gave me no advice on what I should do and instead just read me surveys . I felt terrible after talking to her. I felt she was just trying to kill time until our session was over offering me no advice . Now im scared to talk to anyone else. Awful experience”Read moreShow less
