“I love the yoga classes there. I also rented to the space to host my own Ecstatic Dancing workshop. They are so friendly there and it feels so homie. Today I found out they have a whole upstairs full of clothes for sale, Boho style, athletic wear, their own merch, and some unique pieces. “This is the most inviting comfortable studio I have ever went to. With all inclusive yoga and one of kind top quality retail. It is a store that I find all my favourite pieces and super size inclusive. “Excellent space and wonderful instructor. Would go again. Tried Yin class which is like a restorative class. All bolsters and blocks provided, extra mats available as well. Or bring all your own items. Mats, bolsters, and clothes available for purchase.”

“I’ve been to many different classes now taught by Brittiany, Maryann, Sam, Kateland, and Lindsay. They are all wonderful instructors who have taught me so much about mindfulness and how to enjoy a different kind of fitness outside of the gym. There’s such a great variety of classes which makes it easy to find ones that resonate with your type of practice. The studio is very zen, cute, and clean.
