He doesn't just jump into treatment—he listens carefully and makes sure he understands what my body needs. During the massage, Victor always explains what he's going to do next, which helps me feel comfortable and relaxed because there are no surprises. He also pays close attention to how my body responds throughout the session. Victor is easy to talk to. We've shared stories about our hobbies and interests over the course of our sessions. “Following a back injury from weight lifting I booked with Launch for the first time. I was very worried because I had a physically active trip to Nepal within 6 weeks and needed to recover by then. Rachel was my physiotherapist for about 5-6 sessions. She was very professional and diagnosed the issue, provided a set of easy to remember exercise regimes for me to follow after each session. “Had such a great experience today ☺️✨ My RMT, Kazumi san was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The pressure was great and she checked in throughout the session to make sure everything felt okay. I left feeling so much more relaxed, and my neck and shoulders felt much better after the treatment. Also, the receptionist was so friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated because I was feeling a little nervous before my first appointment. “I’ve been working with Ivan (RMT) and Theresa (Physiotherapist) as part of my preparation for the BMO Marathon, and they’ve both been excellent. Ivan’s massage therapy has been key in recovery and keeping my body loose, while Theresa’s physio sessions have been very thoughtful and targeted, helping me stay strong and avoid injuries. “I usually waste my benefits each year, especially massage therapy, even though I really need it. Since coming to Launch Rehab, its changed. The staff are empathetic and friendly, and Ivan in particular is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I’ve dealt with stress related issues as well as golfers and tennis elbows, and he’s helped me a lot.
