Love this place! I dont live in the beaches but its worth the drive. Im currently pregnant and its such a calming place to get lots of different treatments. Currently doing their chiropractor treatments but i definitely will try their physio and acupuncture!

I saw Marion today for my first prenatal massage, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully throughout the appointment, which I really appreciated. Marion has such a calming, positive energy, and the entire experience felt incredibly supportive and relaxing. I’m already looking forward to continuing treatments with her throughout my pregnancy. Highly recommend!

Cannot even begin to express my gratitude that a space like this exists. A one stop shop for all things pre/postpartum wellness and everything in between. Baby exercises classes are wonderful, challenging and a safe, clean welcoming space from the first few weeks to final months of postpartum. Instructors are INCREDIBLE! Shout out to Barb and Lina!!

I started going to Kaer during my pregnancy and found the prenatal yoga classes and acupuncture very helpful in preparing for birth. Since then, I've been going for pelvic floor physiotherapy and yoga classes. I love that I can get everything I need at one space and that my baby is welcome at the classes! The space is also a very calming environment, where self-care and wellness feel like a little luxury for myself. The classes are also a great way to meet other parents. Highly recommend for any wellness needs!

I recently had a 90-minute massage with Lisa Wideman at Kaer, and it was honestly one of the most effective and well-rounded treatments I’ve experienced—especially as someone who puts a lot of stress on their body through running. From the start, Lisa took the time to understand exactly what I was dealing with: lingering left adductor pain, tightness and discomfort in my right quad, and a surprising amount of built-up tension through my neck. What stood out immediately was her ability to not just treat the symptoms, but to really assess how everything was connected. For my left adductor, she worked with a level of precision and care that struck the perfect balance between deep release and controlled pressure. It was clear she understood the complexity of that area—especially for runners—and she was able to relieve the tightness without aggravating it. By the end of the session, I could feel a noticeable difference in mobility and discomfort. On my right quad, she used a combination of slow, deep tissue techniques and targeted pressure that really got into the stubborn areas of tension. It felt like she was methodically working through layers of tightness, allowing the muscle to actually let go rather than just temporarily easing it. The work on my neck was equally impressive. I didn’t even realize how much tension I was holding there until she started releasing it. Her approach was both calming and effective, helping to melt away tightness while also leaving me feeling more aligned and relaxed overall. Beyond the treatment itself, the space at Kaer is incredibly inviting. From the moment you walk in, there’s a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to switch off and fully settle into the experience. It’s clean, thoughtfully designed, and has a soothing energy that complements the quality of care you receive. Overall, Lisa is an exceptional practitioner who clearly understands the body—especially for active individuals. If you’re dealing with specific pain points or just looking for a high-quality, intentional treatment, I highly recommend booking with her.

This place is a gem for all! Especially for me who is a new mom in post partum looking to navigating back to feeling good and confident. I did the pilates and barre babies classes and the instructor was so kind, attentive, and everyone just made it feel comfortable.. even if your baby's being a.. baby! Aka crying or fussy.

I have been to Kaer a few times and it's always an amazing experience. The clinic is beautiful and the people at the desk are lovely. Acupuncture and cranioscacral massage was wildly relaxing - exactly what I needed. Plus, I am currently loving the do-it-yourself Frames. It's just so nice to not have to fight a waitlist to get a seat on a reformer :)

The best prenatal massage in Toronto is at Kaer! I loved coming here during my pregnancy for massage and pelvic floor physiotherapy. I’m now back with baby. I’ve done the massage and the staff was so accommodating & even modified the massage so that I could feed my baby when she started to cry. When breastfeeding was difficult, I contacted the clinic and immediately received support. I couldn’t be more thankful! I love this wellness clinic and keep coming back. I have used the Pilates reformer with my baby in the room and also have replenished with the red light therapy! Kaer offers a wellness space for mom and baby, a rarity in Toronto…can’t say enough great things. Thank you to all of the amazing staff. You are always so warm and welcoming.

I visited Kaer today and honestly felt like I had stepped into a spa the moment I walked in. I started my afternoon of self-care and relaxation with full body red light therapy, followed by a yellow facial therapy session to help smooth fine lines and wrinkles. It left me feeling completely rejuvenated and glowing. I finished my visit with the most incredible Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage. The therapist applied the perfect amount of pressure—firm enough to feel effective but still incredibly relaxing. It was also really special being surrounded by staff who were so knowledgeable and thoughtful about topics like motherhood and aging. The conversation was lighthearted, funny, and made me feel truly seen and well cared for. After my massage I felt amazing and already can’t wait to return. There are so many other services I’m excited to try next time, like the acupuncture and the Gua Sha Glow Facial, which I’m told helps support nervous system regulation. The studio itself is beautiful, bright, and calming. I almost left with an adorable beige baseball cap and a candle, but I decided to save those for my next visit. If you’re looking for your next self-care oasis, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back.

I highly recommend Kaer for their prenatal workouts, and pelvic floor therapy with Dr. Lamiya Zaidi. She is incredible, very informative and makes you feel very comfortable. She has a calming demeanour which is exactly what I need to improve my very tense pelvic floor. I wish I could bring her to the hospital with me to help me through my birthing experience! the space is beautiful, all the staff are so nice and supportive, and Jessica Nagy is a fantastic yoga instructor. Her classes are thoughtful, active and she is great with giving modifications depending on how far along you are in pregnancy. I have really enjoyed all my services so far at Kaer
