“I can’t recommend Jenna highly enough. She supported me throughout my pregnancy and continued working with me postpartum to help me get my body moving and feeling strong again. I honestly believe she helped me have the smoothest delivery and fastest recovery possible. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and caring and makes you feel so comfortable every step of the way. 5 stars. 10/10. Jenna is the absolute best.”Read moreShow less

“I started seeing Jenna proactively during my pregnancy for pelvic floor physiotherapy, and I’m so thankful I did! From the beginning, Jenna has been incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. She truly listens and takes the time to understand your unique body and goals. Thanks to Jenna’s guidance, I’ve been able to safely strength train several times a week throughout my pregnancy and even into the late third trimester. Her approach is thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in evidence-based practice, which gave me full confidence to stay active. What sets Jenna apart is how empowering she is. I feel stronger, more informed, and much more confident heading into birth and postpartum knowing I’m working with her. If you’re pregnant and want to stay active in a safe, supported way, I can’t recommend Jenna enough!”Read moreShow less

“Jenna’s care has been truly transformation for me, I can’t express how grateful I was to find Jenna during my prenatal journey. I registered for the preparing for birth and also saw her as I continued my physical activity and weightlifting. My husband and I found the preparing for birth series so helpful, Jenna provided so many educational resources and strategies that we used leading up to and during the delivery. It also helped us talk about the birthing experience that I wanted in a way that no other resources really helped us prepare for. Seeing her now for my postpartum rehab, I’m still learning so much about my body and slowly regaining my strength back. Jenna is so holistic in her care, she’s patient, caring, and educational, all of which equipped me with the skills and knowledge to have a positive delivery and know how to listen to my body. Highly recommend!”Read moreShow less

“Jenna is definitely heads and tails above other physios. I've been seeing her for long term help. Originally I saw her for pain management before I had both hips replaced. Jenna helped me stay strong before and recover well after. She really helps me understand how my body moves and my awareness of that. My hips are entirely pain-free now that they've regained their strength. Since then (and throughout my sessions) Jenna has also focused on my pelvic floor and doing exercises to strengthen that too. Jenna is able to talk about sensitive subjects with ease and makes it simple to open up about subjects other medical providers don't talk about. Her own experiences with being a mother really give her an edge with the questions she's able to ask. Overall I highly recommend Jenna. She's always up to date on the latest treatments and is such a lovely positive person to be around. I'm more confident and stronger all over since working with her.”Read moreShow less

“Jenna is an amazing person and physiotherapist. She has so much passion for her work and offers a wealth of knowledge! Every time I saw her, during and after pregnancy, she always had so many exercises (both movement and breathing) to show me, that it was hard to end the session on time :). I appreciate a lot the educational content and detailed videos that she has been sharing through the Embodia app, which ensure that I can continue my self-care with confidence even after I stopped seeing her. Thank you for your invaluable and friendly support during my pregnancy, preparing for birth and postpartum!”Read moreShow less

“Jenna is incredible. I did her prepare for birth package to empower myself for a home birth and am so grateful I did. She taught me how to breath the baby down while keeping my pelvic floor relaxed. We also practiced several pushing positions and she was able to assess which positions were working for me. I’m the end my birth was smooth and uncomplicated and I thank Jenna for that!!!”Read moreShow less

“Jenna was a critical member of my healthcare team throughout my journey to motherhood. She is incredibly knowledgeable and relentlessly caring. She helped me understand the importance of pelvic health during and after birth, and empowered me with knowledge that significantly contributed to my very positive birth story. I felt empowered during labor because I knew the most effective techniques to deliver my baby while also caring for my body. After giving birth, she helped me navigate the delicate and tedious process of recovery. I felt less alone because of her and confident that the pelvic injury I sustained during pregnancy could be overcome. Now six months postpartum, and I still consider Jenna an important and valuable asset in my recovery. I would highly recommend working with her from second trimester onwards to help prepare for and recover from your own birth. With Jenna, you’ll be in good hands.”Read moreShow less
