Please be respectful of your therapist’s time. We will try to accommodate new people but the needs of our regular clients and their treatment schedules come first, We will discharge and release new clients who no show or are consistently late. The website allows you to log in and cancel your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation time frame, use this unless it is less than 24 hours before your appointment time. Then texting is the preferred method, emails may land in the junk box. Please no Facebook or Instagram messages, as these aren’t always seen right away.

Cupping, Graston, facilitated stretch, kinesio taping and other modalities will be available during your treatment time at no additional cost, if you are interested in any of these services, please ask your therapist.
Shockwave is an a medical grade, high intensity sound wave machine, which helps address scar tissue within chronic conditions. The top three conditions we see that benefit from shockwave are; plantar fasciitis, knee issues and elbow issues (golfer’s elbow/tennis elbow). Shockwave is offered with a small add on cost and can be incorporated into your massage or booked as a standalone session with 15 min or 30 min sessions.
