“I enjoy going for my appointments, staff is awesome to work with. They are always willing to work with me on dates, time of scheduling in. Atmosphere is nice they make you feel comfortable for you appointment. The sliding scale they offer family's is absolutely 💯 amazing they care a lot about your health and how they can help you out and make it comfortable and easy for you. I definitely would recommend going here.”

“It sounds like they might have had some issues with their frontline staff a number of years ago, but that hasn't been my experience at all. My daughter and I recently started seeing two different psychiatrists there and we've had nothing but positive experiences and they have been very responsive.”

“It took them 7 days to respond to a request from my benefits company. When they finally did set up an appointment (3 weeks later), they forgot to take any contact details to send me their intake forms. I called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks and left 4 messages, one message was with a person who said she didn't know anything and wasn't at the front desk, but promised to pass on the message – she never did. I finally emailed a cancellation so that I would have proof that I didn't skip out on an appointment that the clinic never even confirmed I had. It takes a lot for some people to reach out to a clinic, to get poor customer service like this would turn many off of ever contacting a therapist again.”

“It is hard to ask for help but when you do it’s hard to find the right person that works for you. Howard and associates set me up with a great phycologist that can relate with me and give me the right tools to except and go through this process. “I cannot recall how many times I've called, left messages and I was told several times that they would call back to discuss an action plan for myself or to schedule me in properly yet I never hear back. A very unprofessionally run business. I have even called to voice my concerns and it was never given any thought or concern. Well I'm not going to force you to take my business. I'll take it elsewhere where they actually care enough about their patients' wellbeing. It's very disappointing to be a therapeutical business while treating customers like that. Once again - very unprofessional.”
