“It sounds like they might have had some issues with their frontline staff a number of years ago, but that hasn't been my experience at all. “It took them 7 days to respond to a request from my benefits company. When they finally did set up an appointment (3 weeks later), they forgot to take any contact details to send me their intake forms. I called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks and left 4 messages, one message was with a person who said she didn't know anything and wasn't at the front desk, but promised to pass on the message – she never did. I finally emailed a cancellation so that I would have proof that I didn't skip out on an appointment that the clinic never even confirmed I had. It takes a lot for some people to reach out to a clinic, to get poor customer service like this would turn many off of ever contacting a therapist again.”Read moreShow less

“It is hard to ask for help but when you do it’s hard to find the right person that works for you. Howard and associates set me up with a great phycologist that can relate with me and give me the right tools to except and go through this process.
