“I've tried many local gyms, wellness centres, and physio clinics, but none come close to the specialized care at FST. The trainers and therapists are highly educated and truly care about each client's individual needs. I had completely given up on recovering from an old injury, but after visiting the FST team, they got me back to 100%—good as new! The atmosphere is incredibly positive and supportive, so you feel welcome no matter what your age or your fitness level. “Unfortunately was looking for a great place to support healing and this seemed to be the spot. They canceled an appointment with 20 minutes to spare. No problem we can rebook. Then We left a voicemail the night before to change another appointment and they thought it appropriate to charge 100 dollars… brutal. If there wasn’t such a double standard for whose time is worth more we would consider using them again. This is very unfortunate and a testament to poor service.”Read moreShow less

“FST is the best! I joined FST after Covid lockdowns were lifted and it has truly been life-changing! I’m now excited to jump out of bed in the morning to make it into morning workout classes before work.
