I went to Jaynee with a few struggles I was navigating, and from our very first appointment, I was met with so much empathy, kindness, and a clear thoughtful plan for next steps. Jaynee has this incredible way of making you feel truly heard and cared for. Even though I don’t need to see her as often now, every visit feels like visiting your favourite aunt - Jaynee genuinely cares about her clients wellbeing in a way that’s rare. Beyond her warm personality, Jaynee is an absolute magician with acupuncture. I’ve had acupuncture before and could always feel the needles… but with Jaynee (!!) she could probably have 100 in me, and I wouldn’t have a clue. Her technique is so gentle and precise. “Nadia is the third pelvic floor physiotherapist I have seen across both my pregnancies and is by far the best. She is not only very knowledgeable, but she is also warm, attentive, and considerate. I saw Nadia during my second pregnancy and the exercises and resources she gave me helped me feel very prepared for labour. Post-birth, she has been excellent in helping me improve my pelvic floor health and get me back to my regular exercise routine (running and weightlifting).
