“Dr. Krista Tobin was exceptional. She was thorough, pleasant and gave both verbal and written instructions. I was astonished at how reasonable the billing was given the time she spent with me. “This is the best podiatry clinic I have ever visited. Dr. Janes has a wealth of knowledge; she made custom toe crests for my hammertoes on the spot, examined my existing orthotics from the Miller Center without pushing me to get new ones until mine wear out, and put me on a schedule for corn and callous removal and toe nail trimming. The clinic is clean and cheerful with facilitative staff, and includes a wonderful high-quality shoe store with a knowledgeable footwear specialist. I’m so happy I discovered this practice! “Went to this clinic first time on Monday for an ingrown toenail problem. I saw Dr. O'Reilly. She was very thorough and cut the nails on both toes in such a fashion as to prevent problems down the road. She was very pleasant and did not rush the procedure. I felt she did an exceptional job and I would recommend this clinic to anybody with foot /toe problems. For me it was a very pleasant experience. The office staff are great also.”Read moreShow less

“Update: Dr. O’Reilly did her best to make it right. She got me fitted with my orthotics and was very understanding of my frustration with the situation that had occurred. I have an injury and have been limping and in severe pain for 8 months. Dr. sells me $500+ orthotic which has not yet arrived after 7 weeks of waiting. The only thing she was able to suggest other than an orthotic, that I have not yet received, is massage therapy. No scans or examinations for further investigation requested, not even a return visit. I did go back 3 times looking for my orthotic and 2 very indifferent receptions were of zero help and showed no empathy. I have returned to my family doctor who has now requested a bone scan and more specialized appointments. Moral of the story. Don’t waste your time going to this clinic. On top of it all, they don’t do direct billing for insurance and insurance won’t pay out until after the dispensary date. Update: after much insistence I got to speak with the Dr. and though there is still no dispensary date as of yet, they have agreed to a partial refund. “My feet were in terrible shape after months of walking in work boots. After going back a few times for treatment they had me fixed up. I was fitted for custom orthotics which made a world of difference. The first two sets were really good and lasted a few years, but the last set were different. While comfortable, they wore out very quickly. Hopefully they are using the previous kind when I go back.”Read moreShow less

“I have been seeing Dr. Janes since 2019 after the birth of my daughter. She is knowledgeable, professional and caring. This is a top tier clinic that does exceptional work for people. What some reviewers fail to understand is that as medical professionals, sometimes extra time and care is needed with certain patients and we need to be understanding in the unlikely event of a delay in an appointment time.
