About Krista

As a proud resident of Conception Bay South, NL, Dr. Tobin completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology cooperative degree with honours at Memorial University Newfoundland and Labrador (MUN) in 2017. During her Kinesiology work terms, she discovered her passion for lower limb rehabilitation and foot care, leading her to pursue a career in Podiatry. Dr. Tobin continued her education in 2017 in Toronto, where she attended The Michener Institute for Applied Health Science at UHN for Chiropody (Podiatry). Her studies included many internships at podiatry clinics, both public and private, as well as extensive training in diabetic and vascular wound care at Ottawa’s Hospital rehabilitation centre. She’s excited to continue her career in her home province of Newfoundland!
