“I first started working with Ann in 2021 by engaging her services to navigate two employees through a workplace conflict. I used her expertise multiple times after to complete workplace assessments. We used this process to reset the foundation of expectations and behaviours in many departments - building towards a more positive and respectful work environment. Her ability to ask the right questions, find the root cause, and make recommendations of tangible solutions is second to none.
