Currently accepting new clients, meet Rose, Counsellor (LCT-C) , working with 16+, adults and seniors. Rose offers a warm, compassionate presence to help clients feel safe and supported in their therapeutic journey. Helping her clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, PTSD, and the emotional impact of physical injury, with a special interest in supporting survivors of trauma.
Rose takes an integrative, client-centered approach drawing from Somatic, CBT, DBT, IFS, Narrative Therapy, and more. Known for her deep empathy and trauma-informed lens, Rose welcomes both in-person and virtual clients, creating a safe space to explore healing, insight, and resilience.
