Meet Ann, Licensed Counselling Therapist, Coach and Owner of East Coast Flourish. Working primarily with adults and couples, focusing in areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, burnout and ADHD. Clients have said that Ann's down-to-earth, empathic and compassionate approach provides a trusting and open space to share their struggles and issues. Using various blends of therapeutic approaches, Ann's focus is to help her client's move to a happier, more manageable place in their lives so they too can Flourish in life.
