“I've suffered from debilitating migraines for 50 years, the only relief from the pain, and to get through the day, was with strong prescription medications. My migraine episodes happened at least once a week, sometimes more frequently and over my lifetime, I’m 65, I had tried everything to reduce the frequency of these attacks (diet, exercise, yoga, osteopath and even a neurologist who offered more medications) but the cycle continued. Last year I decided to see a Naturopathic Doctor but I had really given up hope, after a few months of seeing Dr Bangash, for the first time in my life I was migraine-free for weeks and then months. This experience has been truly life-changing for me, because I no longer go to bed fearful I’m going to wake up with a migraine. Dr Bangash broke the cycle! He developed and provided me with a research-based treatment plan tailored to my needs, he used an effective combination of supplements/homeopathic/herbal, acupuncture, cupping and some manual therapy. I’ve had acupuncture before that has not been very effective but Dr Bangash has studied and perfected this treatment so that it is most beneficial and has made a difference in my general well-being as well as the chronic migraines. Dr Bangash is a great guy! He’s a genuine, empathetic and very caring doctor. He will often follow-up an appointment by reaching out to ask you how you’re doing.
