As a Naturopathic Doctor, I use natural therapies backed by rigorous medical expertise to guide my patients toward optimal wellness. I believe that healthcare doesn't have to be stressful or overly complicated. Harsh treatments and complex plans aren't necessarily better. Instead, I focus on providing personalized care that addresses the root causes of health issues, using gentle and effective whole-body approaches. I work with patients with a wide range of health concerns and create treatment plans to support digestive health, hormonal imbalances, pain management, chronic headaches, sports medicine, cardio-metabolic health, and preventative care. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to manage your health independently, fostering long-term wellness and a better quality of life. My approach includes comprehensive lab testing, nutritional counselling, supplement protocols, acupuncture and cupping, homeopathy, botanical medicine, and lifestyle coaching. Each treatment plan is tailored to meet your unique needs, ensuring the best possible outcomes. I earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and my Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. My journey and education have equipped me to offer you the highest standard of naturopathic care.
