🕒 Cancellations + Rescheduling –If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or in the case of non-attendance, the full session fee will be charged. This policy is in place because such late changes leave a significant gap in the therapist’s schedule and preparation time that could otherwise have been allocated to another client requiring assistance.

This review concerns the Crossroads Family Support Program, the court-involved/high-conflict family service operated through Co-Lab Consulting. It does not speak to Co-Lab's other counselling or support services. It is based on my family's direct, documented experience; I am limiting identifying details because children and family-court proceedings are involved. Crossroads was selected in September 2025 to provide court-ordered reunification therapy. My partner paid approximately $4,200 in October 2025 toward onboarding and reserve funding, with intakes charged separately. Roughly seven months later, neither my partner nor his children had received the ordered therapy: Crossroads' December correspondence said it would advise when the next onboarding step became available; its March correspondence confirmed the family was still in onboarding. In the end, one parent received a single session in May 2026. The children never received the ordered reunification therapy, and to date none of the initial payment has been refunded. My partner did not receive the proposed service agreement until April 2026, months after payment. He did not sign it because his written questions about the treatment model, the children's participation, fees, timeline and alignment with the court order went unanswered, Crossroads instead characterized reasonable questions as adversarial and litigation-focused, and emphasized that it controlled the process, documentation and reporting. The court order made my partner initially responsible for the costs, with the other parent's contribution left for future determination, yet the draft agreement made him responsible for all fees. Proposed costs were approximately $1,300 per month for parent-only sessions, roughly doubling to about $2,300 per month once the children were involved. With the agreement unsigned and his questions unanswered, Crossroads issued repeated same-day signing deadlines, booked a months-long schedule of appointments without consent before one deadline had even passed, and sought payment. After my partner's lawyer asked that no further work or charges be incurred while the court considered appointing another provider, Crossroads maintained that delays, objections, unsigned documents and payment issues could be documented and potentially reported to the professional team or the court, casting as an obstacle the parent who had pressed all along for services to begin. Before any therapy had begun, the matter required my partner's lawyer, opposing counsel and the children's own counsel. My own involvement was separate. In August 2025 I authorized my personal credit card for one intake session only. My card was later charged $261.45 (March 10, 2026) and $334.88 (May 4, 2026), with $249 attempted on May 6, 2026. I disputed these because I had not authorized them. Crossroads acknowledged my card was still stored and said it was looking into how to remove it, while stating that payment disputes, reversed charges and resulting barriers to court-ordered services could be documented and included in reports about my partner, and that administrative time spent responding to my complaint would be billed to his account. I experienced this as intimidating. I was not a client and was raising a straightforward concern about my own card. Prospective clients should know Crossroads' written terms state it may use or disclose information it considers relevant when responding to complaints, disputes, chargebacks or statements it considers inaccurate or harmful. I work in the therapeutic community. In my opinion, families in court-involved matters should receive informed consent, clear financial terms, timely service and confirmation that a provider can deliver the required therapy before substantial money is collected. That was not our experience. I cannot recommend this program. Get the complete agreement and fee schedule before paying, confirm in writing that the service can deliver exactly what your order requires, and use extreme caution before allowing a third party's card to be placed on file.

I’ve been seeing Anastasia for some time now, and it’s been such a wonderful experience. We are still working through things, but she really helps me make sense of everything, and I’m finally starting to feel like things are getting clearer. She creates such a safe, comfortable space where I feel truly heard and accepted. I am so grateful for her support!

Lisa has a way of bringing people together and creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable contributing. She immediately puts you at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and about the work she does. Her energy is contagious, and she brings both heart and wisdom to every conversation. If Crossroads Collective is a reflection of Lisa, and I have no doubt it is, then clients are in very good hands.

An absolutely amazing place! Marianne has been incredibly insightful through the years and has helped guide our entire family unit through many incredibly complex and difficult situations. We are significantly more healthy now and I can say confidently that we would not be where we are today without her guidance and support. I have been to many clinics in the past and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. On top of this, she has a vast understanding of neurodivergence, and is very skilled at being able to tailor her communication to the individual she is speaking to. I would highly recommend this clinic, it is easily the best I have encountered.

I have been seeing Marianne for years. She has been the one counselor that I have felt 100% comfortable opening up to and sharing a part of my story that I was never able to share with anyone other than my close family and friends. She has helped me see a perspectives, helped me with demons that I have struggled with and carried for years and together we have sorted through some of my deepest issues, some that I didn't realize was there. Marianne has a way of talking to her clients not down to them. She meets them at their level and always creates a safe space. Crossroads all around are a friendly staff and very accommodating to my schedule as a working mom. Always there to answer all my questions and point me in the right direction. From the bottom of my heart Marianne, thank you for helping me find healing and thank you for continuing to encourage me to be the best version of myself!

I definitely recommend Crossroads to anyone who is looking for a safe space to work through their experiences. Each member of the staff have always been friendly and respectful and I find the atmosphere to be relaxed and welcoming. I have been attending weekly/bi-weekly sessions with Randeep Hayer for a few months and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience every time I've walked through the door. I'm certainly glad that I found them when I did and I look forward to my upcoming visits.
