“I highly recommend, i’ve been feeling a lot of relief, seen progress and received top class professional physio treatment. They offer running assessments as well.”

“I had injured my Achilles training for Ottawa Race weekend last year. I visited Patrick for an assessment and continued working with him for the following months! Patrick is amazing at what he does and helped me get back to running the way I want in no time. I’d highly recommend Patrick to anyone with running injuries or any other physio needs! Thanks again :)”Read moreShow less

“I cannot express enough how wonderful this place is! I've only had contact with Sarah and I can't recommend her highly enough! She is so caring and kind, but at the same time she knows exactly how to push you when she knows you can do better. She is so encouraging and uplifting, always acknowledging your strengths and always finding solutions to any weaknesses. She listens and she actually hears you. Sarah, you are a beautiful human being with such a sweet soul! 🤗”Read moreShow less

“I’m a bank executive, I’ve been a competitive athlete my whole life and most recently a published fitness model. In addition to the physical benefits that health and wellness provide me, I believe the benefits of health and wellness to your mental state much more out weight the physical benefits. Last summer I herniated my L4-L5 and L5-S1 disc causing serious pain and discomfort. This affected both my personal life and professional life. The pain was excruciating and in addition to pain medication, I tried everything for relief (i.e. chiropractor, physio therapy, acupuncture, etc.). The result from all of these therapy’s was the same, very short term relief and no resolution. I was referred to Sarah and immediately she took a different approach by completing a full musculoskeletal assessment to help determine if there are any muscle imbalances, weaknesses or tight areas. And it was no surprise that I had a number of muscle imbalances that required work. Sarah customized a training program to help target the muscle imbalances and weakness. We reassessed every two weeks and changed the training program as my body was recovering. Out of all the doctor’s and therapy sessions I did outside of Sarah’s clinic, they all said the same thing; try a couple stretches and rest. Sarah was unique in her approach and truly helped me heal and rebuild the muscles I need to get back to being myself. Thank you Sarah for the amazing service, you and your team at Continuum are exceptional at what you do. I highly recommend to anyone not only those recovering from an injury but for anyone with a fitness goal no matter how small or big. Ray Rashed”Read moreShow less

“I've been working with John Zahab for a number of years and been very satisfied with the results. As a multi-sport 2x Olympian, being functional and injury free were my number one goals while continually building strength. John always went to extra mile to accommodate my training/travel schedule and collaborate with my sport-specific coaches. His attention to detail and forward thinking was instrumental to my success and evident in the many programs he designed for me as an athlete. I highly recommend John whether your goals are performance at the highest level or regaining functionality.”Read moreShow less

“I am a Canadian 100 meter hurdler who has represented Canada on the international stage on five occasions. Although I've had some success, my journey has been far from smooth. In 2008, I was diagnosed with a bulging disc which took me off the track for four years. Since then, I've worked hard to get back to an elite training program. I had my sights set on the 2016 Olympics when I had another back episode, this time with nerve referral symptoms down my right leg. Although I kept training in the hopes of making Team Canada, it was unrealistic to think that I could perform to the best of my abilities under these conditions. After the Olympic trials, my back decided it had had enough. This is when Continuum Fitness came to the rescue! During the summer of 2016, I worked with Continuum Fitness' integrative team of Kinesiologist, Athletic Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach. The team not only got me back on track, both figuratively and literally, but laid a foundation for me to build on as I prepare for the next Olympic cycle. I went from not being able to bend down past my knees or drive for more than 10 minutes without excruciating pain to running a series of personal bests the following season and representing Canada at the World University Games. Take it from someone who has seen multiple therapists/specialists over the years, not only do the members of the Continuum Fitness team know what they are talking about, they genuinely care about their clients! I now train in Los Angeles, and have yet to find a team like Continuum Fitness that provides a full range of services. Truly, I would not be where I am today without Continuum Fitness's expertise and support. They have not only given me the tools I need to continue to keep training at the highest level but they have also given me the confidence that I can and will achieve the goals I have set for myself!”Read moreShow less
