Unfortunately, we are getting an increasing number of clients who do not show up, or who cancel with no notice. In the case that a cancellation fee is applied this allows us to collect payment and to keep our appointment fees at a reasonable level for our other valued clients.

Important: Payments made by Visa / Mastercard / AMEX will incur a 2.4% fee to cover some of the cost to us.

We never collect payment without first attempting to contact you to determine why you did not show up. “After a painful whiplash injury from my car accident, I started going to Dr. Kelly to alleviate my neck and back pain. I had trouble sleeping and could barely lift my purse without feeling discomfort. Over the past 6 months I have noticed a significant improvement through chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture therapy. I also suffer from chronic asthma, and the acupuncture has helped my sinuses and breathing tremendously.
